Q: What if I do not know anything about the MEDICAL FIELD? Can I still apply for this job?
A: Absolutely! In the past we have students who had NO EXPERIENCE and have progressed to become MEDICAL ASSISTANTS, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS, REGISTERED NURSES and NURSE PRACTITIONERS. Some of our current students are attending PRE-MED and NURSING SCHOOLS.
Q: What skills do I need to work at Vizavee Urgent & Primary Care?
A: Basic requirements include good typing and understanding of general computer skills. Being on time and reliable. Willingness to learn. Friendly, positive attitude in dealing with patients and fellow employees.
Q: What kind of work would I do at Vizavee Urgent & Primary Care?
A: You will perform tasks such as taking vital signs, entering medical information in an electronic chart, recording medications and dosages, interviewing a patient and gathering preliminary information and assisting the provider during the exam.

We provide hands-on training in a fast-paced clinic where there are always new and interesting cases walking through the door. Q: Is this job able to work around my school schedule?
A: Definitely! We can customize a schedule around your availability. We have short 4-hour evening shifts and 8 and 12-hour shifts available on weekends and holidays.
Q: What does VIZAVEE mean?
A: Vizavee comes from the French phrase vis-a-vis which means FACE-to-FACE. We prefer in-person, hands-on interactions with our patients. We treat our patients like family in a friendly, welcoming environment.
