-OUR URGENT CARE SERVICES ARE OPEN EVERY DAY, EVERY HOLIDAY, and EVERY WEEKEND.
-Please be AWARE, we do not offer TELEPHONE services or advice.
-All URGENT CARE visit(s) are completed upon the day of care.
-If you have any further medical question that requires a MEDICAL opinion, we advise you to reach your PRIMARY CARE OFFICE.
-We do not engage in continued, or ongoing medical care.
-There will be NO medication REFILL for URGENT CARE PATIENTS.
-Laboratory, or imaging findings, must be discussed face-to-face.
-DO NOT EXPECT A PHONE CALL FROM OUR OFFICES.
-There will be NO phone calls, in lobby, e-mail, or any other means of communication after you are treated.
-ALL PATIENTS TREATED MUST RETURN FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
-CO-PAYS are due for EACH and EVERY VISIT.
-We CANNOT treat, speak, or discuss ANYTHING with you UNTIL you have completely CHECKED IN.
-For EVERY VISIT, we must obtain as set of VITAL SIGNS, accompanied by a FULL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION and EVALUATION of the patient's condition (NO EXCEPTION).

-We try to respond to our messages as time permit by the end of the day.
-If you have a ill, or you are not feeling well, we encourage you to come on in as soon as you can.
-Call 911 or go to EMERGENCY DEPT if you are experiencing a life threatening or a psychiatric emergency.
